To go to the Banda Islands, first go to Ambon island as the capital of Maluku province. By plane to Pattimura Airport (AMQ), Ambon, Maluku, after arriving in Ambon you have 2 choices to continue to Banda islands:
1. By Fastboat, from the port of Tulehu, where the trip to Banda will take approximately 5 hours
2. By Airplane, from Pattimura airport for approximately 1 hour to Banda Naira Island airport
From the two options above, the choice with fastboats is still safer in terms of departure schedules, because the flight schedule sometimes changes and cancels more so far, so for this tour package we prefer to use fastboats rather than planes. To go to Banda, at least you have to prepare a minimum of 5 days, from arrival to departure by plane to and from Ambon.

Run & Nailaka island

Run Island is one of the smallest islands in the Banda Islands, Indonesia. The island has a length of 3 km and a width of less than 1 km. Administratively, this island is included in the district. Banda, Kab. Central Maluku.

HISTORY
The Run Island map is dated 1623 In the early days, Run was considered to have great economic importance because of the value of nutmeg spices obtained from nutmeg trees (Myristica fragans) and found only in the Banda Islands. As long as the history of spice trade, the second expedition sailor of the British East Indies Company, James Lancaster, John Davis and John Middleton who settled in Banten, Java first reached the island in 1603 and established good relations with the local population. On December 25, 1616, [1] Captain Nathaniel Courthope reached Run to defend him from VOC claims. Contracts with local residents were signed that accepted the King of England as the island's sovereign leader. After four years of siege by the Dutch and the assassination of Nathaniel Courthope in an ambush in 1620, Britain and local allies left the island without resistance. According to the Westminster Agreement which ended the First British-Dutch War in 1652-1654, Run must be returned to England. The first attempt in 1660 failed due to tension with the Netherlands; after the second attempt in 1665, British merchants were expelled the same year and the Dutch destroyed nutmeg trees. After the Second Anglo-Dutch War in 1665-1667, the United Kingdom and the United Netherlands Province made provisions in the Breda Agreement: Britain occupied the Island of Manhattan which was illegally occupied by the Duke of York (later James II, brother of Charles II) in 1664 and changed its name from New Amsterdam to New York City and Run submitted to the Netherlands. Dutch monopoly on nutmeg collapsed after the transfer of nutmeg trees to Ceylon (now Sri Lanka), Grenada, Singapore and other British colonies in 1817 after the occupation of its main island, Banda Besar, in 1810 by Captain Cole who encouraged the collapse of Dutch supremacy in the spice trade. Until now there are still nutmeg trees that grow on Run Island.

Ay island

Ay island is a village and island in Banda sub-district, Central Maluku Regency, Maluku, Indonesia. The location of this island is to the west of the Banda Islands. Ay island is one of the best snorkeling spots in the Banda Sea.

HISTORY
On this island, British agents trained local champions to defend themselves from the invasion of the Netherlands in 1615. Islanders surprised the Dutch with an unexpected invasion that claimed 200 lives. A year later, the Dutch could control the island by replacing Seram Island for England. The Dutch then took revenge on the islanders, almost all of their inhabitants were massacred, and only a small number managed to escape. After that, the island was inhabited by slaves and captives.
